Palmetto St. Augustine
Palmetto St. Augustine has a medium texture and a vivid green tint. It has excellent shade tolerance, cold tolerance, and disease resistance.
Emerald Zoysia
EMERALD ZOYSIA® is a medium-texture zoysia grass designed for high-traffic, high-visibility areas. This cultivar tolerates shade quite well.
Tifway 419 Bermuda
Bermuda Tifway 419 offers excellent tolerance to the hottest weather but low shade tolerance. It is a good turf grass for high-usage areas since it does not show much damage.
Centipede
CENTIPEDE Sod is a low-maintenance warm-season grass that may be used in place of Bermuda or Zoysia. Centipede tolerates shade better than Bermuda but not as well as Zoysia.
